"Oops! something went wrong. try again" message that seems was brought to the developers attention months ago still not fixed. The response always the same Thank you for your review we'll let the developing team know about this issue or something between those lines. I have uninstalled and installed several times same error. attempted a different device same error. Update: App seems to be working again. Thank you.

I opened the app and got a notification about needing to update the app. I clicked update now. it sent to the point where it says Uninstaller or open. I hit the open and got sent back to update now. I have shut my phone off twice. reinstalled the app multiple times and keep getting the same thing. update now. I need to get into the app to do my challenge for work. I checked my permissions settings and they are correct.

This app is not even ok. Whenever you go to chat, the window that you type in is covered up by your keyboard and you can't see what you're typing. Then the chatbot wanted to connect me to customer service but it just sit there. trying to search for provider - when adding search criteria, no ability to apply. screen will no scroll down far enough.
